Cancel the trial in the plugin
- As an administrator, open SlothMenu → License in WordPress admin.
- For an active trial, check the trial end and the first payment date if available. These details come from the Freemius cache; if missing, the page cannot confirm the payment. Verify authoritative details in Freemius.
- Click “Manage / cancel trial”. In the Freemius account opened inside WordPress, select Cancel Trial and confirm the dialog. Freemius labels may vary by language.
- Check that cancellation is confirmed and the first payment is no longer scheduled. Save the confirmation. Pro access may end immediately when you cancel the trial.
Clicking our button, opening the account or uninstalling the plugin does not cancel the trial. You must confirm cancellation in Freemius.

Cancel in the customer portal
The trial lasts 14 days from activation. If you cancel before the first payment, the license price is not charged. Otherwise, the selected payment is charged automatically after the trial.
- Sign in to the Freemius customer portal using the email address used to activate the trial. If you do not have a password, use the password recovery link on the sign-in page.
- Under Licenses, open your SlothMenu license. Check the trial end date and scheduled payment details. Freemius also shows the date and final price, including applicable tax, in checkout before activation.
- Choose to cancel the trial or subscription for that license and complete the confirmation. Merely opening the dialog or uninstalling the plugin does not cancel the trial.
- Check that cancellation is confirmed and the first payment is no longer scheduled. Save the confirmation. Pro access may end immediately when you cancel the trial.
You can choose a trial reminder in checkout. Do not rely on email alone: it may go to spam or fail to arrive. Complete cancellation well before the stated deadline.
