Purchases, licenses and recipients
Enter purchase details directly in Freemius. We receive the contact, purchase and license details needed for product delivery and support, but not your full card number or security code. Plugin activation transmits installation details needed for licensing, not menu content.
Purposes and legal bases
We use contact and license details to fulfill the contract and handle requests. Statutory records serve legal obligations. Technical logs support legitimate interests in website security and protecting legal claims. Data is shared only with necessary infrastructure, communication, accounting and legal service providers or as required by law.
Planner and browser storage
The free planner saves your draft menu in your browser and creates PDFs locally. We do not send planner menus to a server. Clear site storage to remove them. Freemius loads when you open checkout or its customer portal, where its own cookie and data policies apply.
Transfers and retention
Freemius působí mimo EU a může používat další mezinárodní dodavatele. Podrobnosti o předávání, zárukách a uchování najdete v jeho zásadách. SLOTHSUITE uchovává neověřené účty nejvýše 30 dní, metadata uzavřené podpory a doručení e-mailů 90 dní a bezpečnostní otisky 180 dní. Po ukončení účtu běží anonymizace po 365 dnech, pokud nebrání zákonná povinnost nebo právní nárok. Export osobních údajů automaticky vyprší po 24 hodinách. Účetní doklady uchovává příslušný prodejce podle právních povinností.
Your rights
Za podmínek GDPR můžete žádat přístup, opravu, výmaz, omezení a přenositelnost údajů, vznést námitku a odvolat případný souhlas. Pište na info@slothmenu.com; účet není podmínkou. Odpovíme zpravidla do jednoho měsíce. Můžete podat stížnost Úřadu pro ochranu osobních údajů nebo jinému příslušnému dozorovému úřadu.
Data in the restaurant’s WordPress
The restaurant operator is responsible for employee and guest personal data in its WordPress. Optional AI translations use its own connection. Support access to its database is agreed separately according to the request.
Website analytics
Product website analytics: We load Google Analytics (Google Ireland Limited) only after your consent. We measure public page views without URL parameters. Your choice is saved in browser storage and can be changed or withdrawn through “Analytics settings” in the footer. With consent, Google may set analytics cookies and process data outside the EEA under its own terms. We do not load the Google tag without consent.
