Subscription
Choose a 14-day trial with a card or PayPal: then €200 once for V1, €10 monthly or €110 annually, plus applicable tax. Unless cancelled before the trial ends, the selected payment is charged automatically. Subscriptions include new major versions while active; the one-time license covers V1 and 1.x updates only.
Seller and product provider
SlothMenu is developed and supported by SLOTHSUITE s.r.o. Freemius, Inc. handles license purchases as authorized reseller and Merchant of Record, including payment, tax and the purchase receipt.
Price and delivery
SlothMenu PRO V1 costs EUR 200 excluding tax as a one-time payment. Review the final price, payment method and billing details in Freemius before paying. After a successful purchase, download and license details arrive by email and are also available in the Freemius customer portal.
V1 license and updates
The license allows perpetual use of V1 and includes released 1.x updates. Further releases and their timing are not guaranteed. Any V2 will be a separately paid product.
Refunds and complaints
Čtrnáctidenní zkouška před první platbou je odlišná od pravidel pro vrácení platby. Freemius umožňuje u prvního nákupu požádat do 14 dnů o vrácení, pokud placený software ještě nebyl stažen nebo použit. Po stažení se žádosti v této lhůtě posuzují individuálně. Rozhodná pravidla jsou v pokladně a EULA Freemius. S dotazem nebo reklamací pište na info@slothmenu.com. Zákonná práva z vad zůstávají zachována.
Consumer rights
Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected. For digital content, the withdrawal right can end only when the legal conditions for starting delivery have been met, including express consent and acknowledgment. Merely calling a payment non-refundable does not exclude these rights.
